摘要
目的 通过研制一种新型防疫防护背囊,解决基层部队官兵在平战时执行任务过程中面对生物威胁时的安全防护问题,加强个人防护用品零散物资的配载和快速机动,提高部队卫生防疫整体效能。方法 经过基层调研和文献研究,结合专家咨询和部队训练实际,按照执行不同任务时所面对的生物威胁等级,确定物品配备的种类与数量。结果 背囊由囊体、铝合金骨架背负系统、各单元模块包、污染物收纳包、防水套等组成,背囊展收迅速,使用灵活,可适应多种任务的个人防护需求。结论 该背囊结构合理、性能可靠、轻便实用、易于携行,可用于传染病防控、生物恐怖袭击、重大灾害后的防疫工作等多种任务环境的个人防护。
Objective A new type of personal protective backpack was developed to solve the problem of safety protection for officers and soldiers when they face biological threats during the tasks in peacetime and war,strengthen the ability of loading and rapid maneuver of scattered materials,and improve the overall efficiency of the military’s epidemic prevention work.Methods Through grassroots survey and literature research with expert consultation and actual requirements of military training,types and quantities of personal protective equipment are determined according to the level of bio-threats faced when performing different tasks.Results The backpack is composed of a bag body,an aluminum alloy skeleton load system,module packages of each unit,a pollutant storage bag and a water proof cover.The backpack can be unfolded and folded quickly,flexible in use,and can adapt to the personal protection needs of a variety of tasks.Conclusion The backpack is reasonable in structure,reliable in performance,portable and practical,and easy to carry.It can be used for personal protection in various tasks,such as infectious disease prevention and control,counter-bioterrorism,and epidemic prevention after disasters.
