打造高质量休闲街区,既是提升城市生活品质重要载体,也是建设高品质宜居城市的必由之路,是推进以人为本的新型城镇化新动能。中国的休闲街区是改革开放后循序渐进发展和成熟起来的,是快速城镇化和城乡居民向往幸福生活的必然结果。打造休闲街区、建设宜居城市,是一个庞大的系统工程。需要着力解决如下问题:强化资金投入力度,完善休闲街区基础设施和公共服务体系;保障休闲街区用地需求;塑造休闲街区品牌;推动休闲街区数智化转型;培育休闲街区建设市场主体;以科技、时尚、艺术元素推动休闲街区和宜居城市融合发展。
Building a high-quality recreation block is not only an improve carrier to activate the quality of urban life, but also the necessary way to build a high-quality livable city.It is a new driving force for promoting people-oriented new urbanization. China’s leisure blocks have developed and matured step by step after the reform and opening up. They are the inevitable result of rapid urbanization and urban and rural residents yearning for a happy life.Building Leisure blocks and livable cities is a systematic project. Efforts should be made to solve the following problems: Strengthen capital investment and improve the infrastructure and public service system of leisure blocks, Guarantee the land demand of leisure blocks, Shaping the brand of leisure block, Promote the digitization and intellectualization of leisure blocks, Cultivate the main body of leisure block construction market,Promote the integrated development of leisure blocks and livable cities with science, technology, fashion and art elements.
