摘要 高校毕业生就业质量是高等学校教育教学和人才培养质量的重要反映。结合人才培养目标定位,以可雇佣性能力为核心,从毕业生发展成长度、高校对社会贡献度、用人单位满意度等方面,系统研究构建就业质量综合评价指标体系,探索构建以可雇佣性能力为核心,从高校人才培养、毕业生和用人单位3个一级指标维度,由15个二级指标、40个三级指标细分的就业质量评价体系,并进行了初步赋值,为推动招生培养就业联动,反馈人才培养质量提供依据参考。 Quality of college graduates’employment is an important reflection of education quality in colleges and universities.Combined with the goal orientation of talent training,taking employability ability as the core,this paper systematically studies and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of employment quality from the aspects of graduates’development and growth,universities’contribution to society,employers’satisfaction and so on.The purpose is to explore and build an employment quality evaluation system with employability as the core,which is subdivided by 15 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators from the three primary indicator dimensions of college talent training,graduates and employers,and make a preliminary assignment,so as to provide a basis and reference for promoting the linkage of enrollment,training and employment and feeding back the quality of talent training.
