摘要
为促进工业固废磷石膏的可持续循环利用,研究了一种水泥-矿渣-磷石膏复合稳定碎石基层材料(CSPBM)。通过添加多元固化剂(SNC)有效激发其胶凝活性,并对其力学性能、路用性能和强度形成机理进行研究。结果表明,在碱-Ca^(2+)-SO_(4)^(2)-的多重激发作用下,矿渣微粉快速水解水化形成致密空间网络结构;SNC的添加能有效保障CSPBM路用性能满足公路基层使用要求,且随着SNC掺量的不断增加,CSPBM的力学性能显著提高。
In order to promote the sustainable recycling of industrial solid waste phosphogypsum,a cement-slag-phosphogypsum composite stabilized crushed stone base material(CSPBM)was studied.Cementitious activity was effectively stimulated by adding a multi-component curing agent(SNC),and its mechanical properties,road performance and strength formation mechanism have been studied.The results show that under the multiple excitation action of alkali-Ca^(2+)-SO_(4)^(2-),the slag powder is rapidly hydrolyzed and hydrated to form a dense spatial network structure.The addition of SNC can effectively ensure that the road performance of CSPBM meets the requirements of highway base materials,and the mechanical properties of CSPBM are significantly improved with the continuous increase of SNC content.
