摘要
针对韶钢棒三生产线频繁出现的成品弯头冲出口问题,通过大量的现场跟踪发现,造成弯头冲出口的原因有:轧件温度不均匀;切分线差大;导卫装配不良;成品孔型设计不合理。为此,对工艺进行了改进:确保钢头温度均匀,且钢头温度要比其它部位高20~30℃;优化切分线差操作技术,将切分线差控制在10 cm以内;提高导卫装配精度,确保导卫与孔型的对中性;优化成品孔型设计,保证轧件头部更好地脱槽。改进后,有效解决了热轧带肋钢筋成品弯头冲出口问题。
The main causes of the running-out of the head bending at the outlet in SGIS were found through a lot of field tracking.There were four main reasons.The first was the temperature of rolled piece is not uniform.The second was split line difference.The third was bad assembling of guides and guards.And the fourth was the pass design of finished product is not reasonable.According to these four main reasons,some process measures were proposed.The first,ensure uniform temperature of billet head,and the temperature of the billet head is 20~30℃higher than that of other parts.The second,optimize the split line difference operation technique,control the split line difference within 10cm.The third,improve the accuracy of guide and guard assembly,make sure the guide and the pass are alignment of center line.The fourth,optimize pass design of finished products,ensure that the head of rolled piece is better off the roll groove.Through the above process measures,it effectively solves the problem of causing the running-out at the outlet.
