低压比干式双螺杆空压机转子型线优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对低压比干式双螺杆空压机,开展了转子型线优化设计,将其中摆线部分改进为圆弧及其共轭包络线,在基本不影响泄漏三角形的基础上,将“曲线-曲面”密封改进为“曲面-曲面”密封,提升密封性能;同时,将齿根与齿顶连接线简化为一段高阶多项式曲线,降低了设计与计算的复杂程度。最后,通过实验,验证了改进后的转子型线,相比较于原型线,在气量和比功率等关键参数上,均有所提升。 For low pressure ratio dry twin screw air compressor,the rotor profile optimization design was carried out.The cycloid part was improved into arc and conjugate envelope.On the basis of basically not affecting the leakage triangle,the line-surface seal was improved into surface-surface seal to improve the sealing performance.At the same time,the connection line between tooth root and tooth tip was simplified into a polynomial fitting curve,which reduced the complexity of design.Finally,through experiments,it was verified that the improved rotor profile had been improved in key parameters such as gas volume and specific power compared with the prototype profile.
