白坪矿煤层瓦斯抽采技术优化试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对白坪矿主采煤层煤质松软、透气性差、煤厚变化大,瓦斯赋存不均匀,目前存在瓦斯抽采困难和瓦斯抽采效果不理想等问题,提出采用简易胶囊封孔、钻孔修复以及低负压抽采等优化技术措施,并在13031工作面开展现场试验,得到不同优化技术措施条件下的抽采浓度和流量,分析了瓦斯抽采效果。结果表明:简易胶囊封孔组较正常抽采组平均瓦斯浓度偏低,但抽采量减小不大;钻孔修复组较正常抽采组平均瓦斯浓度和抽采量均有明显提高;低负压抽采组较正常抽采组平均瓦斯浓度和抽采量均有明显的提高;但是,该抽采效果不一定是低负压的贡献,极有可能是钻孔修复的结果。 Aiming at soft coal,poor permeability,large variation of coal thickness,uneven gas occurrence in the main coal seam and difficult gas drainage,unsatisfactory gas drainage effect and other problems in Baiping Coal Mine,the optimized technical measures were put forward such as simple capsule sealing,borehole repair and low negative pressure drainage,and field test was carried out in 13031 working face,and the drainage concentration and flow under different optimized technical measures were obtained,and the gas drainage effect was analyzed.The results showed that the average gas concentration of the simple capsule sealing group was lower than that of the normal gas drainage group,but the drainage volume decreased little;the average gas concentrations and drainage volumes of the drilling repair group and low negative pressure extraction group were significantly higher than those of the normal extraction group;however,the drainage effect was not necessarily the contribution of low negative pressure,but most likely the result of borehole repair.
