摘要
海洋产业作为面向海洋的经济活动,集聚式发展已成为现代海洋产业的重要特征之一,从这一新的视角出发,将海洋产业效率与集聚程度之间的联系作为研究对象,利用我国沿海9省市(2006-2018年)相关数据的空间面板模型确定集聚程度对海洋产业效率的影响。从实证的结果来看,海洋第三产业多样化集聚与海洋产业效率之间存在正相关关系,海洋一、三产业专业化集聚程度与海洋产业效率之间存在正相关关系,海洋第二产业与除海洋交通运输业、滨海旅游业外其他海洋第三海洋产业的专业化集聚程度与海洋第二产业效率之间也存在正相关关系。与陆域产业相比,海洋产业的产业链更加紧凑,细分行业之间是否能够实现有效的集聚对产业效率提升的影响程度更大,因此,提升海洋产业的多样化集聚、专业化聚集,有助于提升海洋产业效率。
As an economic activity facing the ocean,the agglomeration development has become one of the important characteristics for modern marine industry.From this new perspective,taking the relationship between the efficiency of marine industry and the degree of agglomeration as the research object,using the relevant data of 9 coastal provinces and cities in China,the spatial panel model is used to determine the impact of industrial agglomeration on the efficiency of marine industry.From the empirical results,there is a positive correlation between the degree of diversified industrial agglomeration of marine tertiary industries and the efficiency of marine industry,a positive correlation between specialized industrial agglomeration of marine primary and tertiary industries and the efficiency of marine industry,and a positive correlation between the degree of specialized industrial agglomeration of marine secondary industry and other marine tertiary industries except marine transportation industry and coastal tourism and the efficiency of marine secondary industry.Compared with land industry,the industrial chain of marine industry is more compact,and whether effective industrial agglomeration can be achieved among subdivided industries has a greater impact on the improvement of industrial efficiency.Therefore,improving the degree of diversified and specialized industrial agglomeration helps to improve the efficiency of marine industry.
