摘要
针对应用型本科高校工程造价专业《工程项目投资与融资》课程的教学改革进行研究,以福州理工学院为例,就现阶段《工程项目投资与融资》课程教学中存在的主要问题,从授课模式、教学资源、线上教学、思政教育、课时不足、考核方式等方面进行研究,通过以改促教、以新促学、教学相长的教学改革,提高应用型本科高校本课程的教学效果。
This article studies the teaching reform of the“Engineering Project Investment and Financing”course for project cost majors in applied undergraduate universities.Taking Fuzhou Institute of Technology as an example,the main problems existing in the teaching of“Engineering Project Investment and Financing”course at the present stage are discussed,and the teaching model,teaching resources,online teaching,ideological and political education,lack of class hours and assessment methods are investigated.The teaching effect of this course in applied undergraduate universities is improved through the teaching reform of promoting teaching with reform,promoting learning with new method,and benefiting from teaching and learning.
