摘要
抑郁症是一类严重危害人体身心健康的精神疾病,发病机制具有复杂性。而慢性温和不可预见性的应激(CUMS)抑郁模型更能模拟人类抑郁症的发生过程,因此可作为研究抑郁及相关问题的有效手段。中药包括单方、药对、复方中药,具有多靶点、多方位的治疗作用。本文对采用CUMS抑郁模型研究中药抗抑郁作用及其作用机制的文章进行综述。
Depression is a psychiatric disorder,which is very harmful to the health of human with complicated pathogenesis.The mild chronic unpredictable stress model can better simulate the occurrence of human depression,and be widely used as an effective method to study depression.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)includes single prescription,medicine pair and Chinese herbal compounds,which have multi-target and multi-directional therapeutic effect.The study focused on the antidepressant effect of TCM and its mechanism.
