摘要 为积极响应国家“双碳”战略目标,本着节能是最大减碳的理念,通过应用节能评价模拟井,在同一平台对机采系统节能设备进行了对比评价,优选出了效果比较好的节能设备。同时,通过调整设备运行环境和参数,评价出了设备合理应用技术界限,提高了设备应用节能效果。最后给出了机采系统节能设备合理的应用环境,希望能够对节能技术应用有所借鉴,同时提高减碳效果。 In order to actively respond to the national"double carbon"strategic objective,in line with the concept that energy saving is the biggest carbon reduction,through the application of energy saving evaluation simulation well,the comparison and evaluation of energy saving equipment in the mechanical production system on the same platform,and selected the energy saving equipment with better effect.At the same time,by adjusting the operating environment and parameters of the equipment,the reasonable application technology limit of the equipment is evaluated,and the energy-saving effect of the equipment application is improved.Finally,the reasonable application environment of energy saving equipment of machine acquisition system is given,hoping to provide reference for the application of energy saving technology and improve the effect of carbon reduction.
