摘要
目的探讨血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平对子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后复发的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月于罗山县人民医院行腹腔镜手术治疗的190例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,检测患者术前血清IL-8、VEGF水平,并于术后进行为期12个月的跟踪随访,由研究人员设计基线资料统计表,询问并填写患者相关情况,并经logistic回归分析血清IL-8、VEGF水平对子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后复发的影响。结果190例子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后有27例患者复发,复发率为14.21%;复发组血清IL-8、VEGF水平高于未复发组,且病理分期、浸润深度与未复发组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析发现,血清IL-8水平、血清VEGF水平、病理分期、浸润深度可能与子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后复发有关(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清IL-8、VEGF过表达与子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后复发相关,可能参与子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后复发的发生,并且病理分期高、浸润深度≥1/2是增加子宫内膜癌复发风险的影响因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of serum interleukin-8(IL-8)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)on the recurrence after laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 190 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Luoshan County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The levels of serum IL-8 and VEGF of patients were measured before operation,and the patients were followed up for 12 months after operation.The researchers designed the baseline data statistical table,asked and filled in the relevant information of patients.The effect of serum IL-8 and VEGF levels on the recurrence after laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometrial cancer was analyzed by logistic regression.Results Twenty-seven patients recurred after laparoscopic surgery in 190 patients with endometrial cancer,and the recurrence rate was 14.21%.The levels of serum IL-8 and VEGF in recurrence group were higher than those in non-recurrence group,and there were differences in pathological stage and depth of invasion between the recurrence group and the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the levels of serum IL-8 and VEGF,pathological stage and depth of invasion might be related to the recurrence in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of serum IL-8 and VEGF are related to the recurrence in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery,which may be involved in the recurrence patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery,and the high pathological stage and the depth of invasion≥1/2 are the influencing factors to increase the risk of recurrence of endometrial cancer.
