摘要
以香根草(Vetiveria zizanioides)和黑麦草(Lolium perenne)为材料,通过水培研究了0,5,10,50,200,500 mg/L铅处理对两种植物生长、生物量的影响及铅在植物根、茎叶中的累积特征,结果表明,(1)铅浓度10 mg/L以下,香根草和黑麦草能够正常生长;铅浓度为5 mg/L条件下,对两种植物的生物量及茎叶和根系的伸长量均有促进作用;在铅浓度高于200 mg/L时,对植物的抑制作用较为明显。(2)两种植物对铅均具有耐受性,植物根部对铅的积累量远高于茎叶的积累量,对铅的迁移系数均低于1,并且黑麦草对铅的积累量高于香根草,在其茎叶和根系中最高铅含量分别为36443.7 mg/kg、101714.7 mg/kg,与香根草相比,黑麦草更适用于修复铅污染土壤,可作为较低浓度铅污染场地的植物修复备选资源。
Effects of different lead concentration(0,5,10,50,200,500mg/L)on the growth,biomass and enrichment characteristics of lead in roots,stems and leaves of Vetiveria zizanioides and Lolium perenne were studied in hydroponic experiment.We found that,(1)When the lead concentration was less than 10mg/L,Vetiveria zizanioides and Lolium perenne could grow normally;when the lead concentration was 5 mg/L,the biomass of the two plants and the elongation of stems,leaves and roots are promoted;when the lead concentration was higher than 200mg/L,plant growth was significantly inhibited.(2)Both plants were tolerant to lead,the accumulation of lead in plant roots was much higher than that of stems and leaves,the migration coefficient of lead was lower than 1 and Lolium perenne accumulated more lead than Vetiveria zizanioides.The highest lead content in the stems and leaves,and roots of Lolium perenne was 36443.7mg/kg and 101714.7mg/kg.Compared with Vetiveria zizanioides,Lolium perenne was more suitable for remediation of lead-contaminated soil and it could be used as an alternative resource for phytoremediation of sites contaminated by lead with lower concentration.
