相国寺储气库安全快速钻完井技术集成应用 被引量:6

摘要 受天然气供需不平衡的影响,兼顾调峰保供和战略储备的地下储气库越来越受重视,但国内地下储气库建设因起步晚、地质条件复杂,仍然面临不少问题。文章就西南地区相国寺储气库在建设中因建设成本高、井筒完整性难以保障等难题,提出了在控制建设成本条件下,系统研究和集成应用了轨迹优化设计与控制技术、气体钻井技术、超低压储层保护技术、井筒完整性控制技术,形成枯竭型气藏储气库钻完井配套技术,安全高效完成了复杂地质条件下24口注采井及监测井的钻完井作业,全程未发生煤矿透水等安全事故,杜绝了储气库质量缺陷事件;XC4井以88 d钻井周期、103 d完井周期实现了快速钻完井作业。截止2021年9月,相国寺储气库已成功经受“八注七采”的交变载荷考验,累计注入天然气124×10^(8)m^(3),累计调峰采气85.94×10^(8)m^(3),运行安全平稳,为国内同类型储气库的高质量建设提供了参考。 Due to the imbalance between supply and demand of natural gas, underground gas storage taking into account both peak regulation and strategic reserve has been paid more and more attention. However, the construction of underground gas storage in China still faces many problems due to its late start and complicated geological conditions. Taking Xiangguosi gas storage in southwest China as an example, according to its construction difficulties such as high construction cost and difficult to guarantee the wellbore integrity, systematic research and integrated application of trajectory optimization design and control technology, gas drilling technology, ultra-low pressure reservoir protection technology and wellbore integrity control technology under the condition of the control of the construction cost has been put forward in this paper, and formed the supporting technology of drilling and completion for depleted gas reservoir gas storage. 24 injection-production wells and monitoring wells under complex geological conditions have been drilled and completed safely and efficiently without any coal mine water leakage and other safety accidents, and eliminating the gas storage quality defect event. Among which well Xiangchu 4 achieved rapid drilling and completion with a drilling cycle of 88 days and completion cycle of 103 days. Until September 2021, Xiangguosi gas storage has successfully withstood the alternating load test of eight injection and seven production, with an accumulative injection of natural gas of 124×10^(8)m^(3) and accumulative peak regulation and gas recovery of 85.94×10^(8)m^(3). The operation is safe and stable, providing reference significance for high-quality construction of the same type of gas storage in China.
