摘要
原位开发是一种环保、经济的页岩油开发模式,期望被用于中低熟度页岩油开发。由于开发需要,井间距宜控制在6~10 m之间,井眼轨迹误差率需控制在5%以内,目前,常规钻井技术还不能满足这样的高精度防碰要求。文章基于磁测距技术现状,在地质导向技术的基础上,结合“U”型穿针磁测距技术及双水平井磁测距技术进行标准井、水平井的井眼轨迹控制,提高防碰精度,形成适用于页岩油原位开发小井间距钻井技术方案,并搭建了页岩油原位开发小井间距磁测距模拟实验装置进行地面物理模拟实验。实验结果表明在井间距3~6.5 m范围内,“U”型穿针磁测距和双水平井磁测距技术获得的井眼间距误差均小于5%,基本满足页岩油原位开发小井间距钻井需求,为原位开发页岩油提供了技术思路,具有指导意义。
In situ development is an environmental friendly and economic shale oil development mode, which will be used in shale oil development with medium and low maturity. As the well spacing should be controlled between 6 m and 10 m, and error of well trajectory should be controlled within 5%, the conventional drilling technology is currently difficult to meet such high precision collision prevention. Based on the current situation of magnetic ranging technology, on the basis of geological steering technology, combined with the U needle magnetic ranging technology and dual-horizontal well magnetic ranging technology, the well trajectories of benchmark well and the horizontal well had been controlled with high precision collision prevention, forming a drilling technology scheme suitable for shale oil in-situ development with small well spacing. The magnetic ranging simulation experiment device for shale oil in-situ development with small well spacing had been set up for surface physical simulation experiment. The experimental results show that in the range of 3~6.5 m well spacing, the well spacing errors obtained by the U needle magnetic ranging technology and dual-horizontal magnetic ranging technology are both less than 5%, which can meet the requirements of small well spacing drilling for shale oil in-situ development, and provide technical ideas and guiding significance for shale oil in-situ development.
