摘要
针对深海采矿船舶可靠性与安全性分析设计,文章概述了其基本特点;围绕作业环境任务分析C-C锰结核区等区域自然环境特征,总结33种主要自然环境应力及振动、冲击等诱发环境应力因素特点;基于统计资料提出固有可用度、使用可用度和平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)等指标建议值;通过分析国际海底管理局、美国船级社等机构规范建议,指出可靠性与安全性设计可借鉴部分及规范适应性需要注意的方面,并对总体可靠性安全性和关键系统可靠性安全性研究进展进行讨论,指出了可靠性安全性需重点解决的5个方面问题。
Aiming at the reliability and safety analysis and design of deep-sea mining ships,its basic characteristics are summarized.The characteristics of natural environment in C-C manganese nodule area and other areas are analyzed around the work environment tasks.The characteristics of 33 main natural environmental stresses and environmental stress factors induced by vibration and impact are summarized.Based on statistical data,the recommended values of inherent availability,service availability,mean time between failures(MTBF)and other indicators are proposed.By analyzing the code suggestions of International Seabed Authority,American Bureau of shipping,etc.,some aspects that can be used for reference in reliability and safety design and that need attention in code adaptability are pointed out.The research progress of overall reliability and safety and key systems reliability and safety are discussed,and five aspects that need to be solved in reliability and safety are pointed out.
