摘要
大型养殖工船具有多个液舱,是一种新的船型,船体结构目前没有专门规范可依据来设计,只能参照油船规范进行基本结构设计。为保证船体结构的强度满足安全和作业要求,需要依据船舶的实际工况和作业海域环境等对船舶结构强度进行校核。应用直接计算方法,选取4种典型工况进行加载计算,依据中国船级社相关规范进行应力衡准。计算结果显示,除局部开孔位置应力大超出应力衡准,其他结构均满足衡准要求,局部开孔位置通过网格细化或局部加强后亦能满足衡准要求。结果表明,养殖工船船体结构参照油船规范设计可以满足强度要求。
As a new type of ship,a large aquaculture engineering vessel with multiple tanks has no special rules for the basic design of the hull structure.The structure is designed with reference to the oil tanker rules.In order to ensure the strength of the hull structure and meet the requirements of safety and operation,it is necessary to directly check the strength of the hull structure according to the actual working conditions of the ship and the operating sea environment.Using direct calculation method,four typical working conditions are selected for loading calculation,and the stress criterion is carried out according to the relevant rules of China Classification Society.The calculation results show that all structures can meet the requirements of criterion except some holes where the stress exceeds the stress criterion,and the hole location can also meet the requirements of criterion after the mesh refinement or local strengthening.The analysis results show that the design of the hull structure of the aquaculture engineering vessel in accordance with the oil tanker rules meet the hull strength requirements.
