摘要
为回收柴油机高温尾气余热,基于T6138ZLCZu型船舶柴油机设计一款尾气余热回收换热器,搭建一套尾气余热回收试验台架。通过试验研究尾气余热回收换热器及其水侧流量对尾气余热利用率和换热器尾气侧出口温度的影响。结果表明:在柴油机变工况下,通过控制尾气余热回收换热器水侧流量,能使水侧出口温度达到空调设备和洗浴水对温度的要求;换热器进出口水温差最大为72.9℃,最大回收热量为112.73 kW,平均余热回收率可达67.65%。该尾气余热回收系统水流量控制便捷,有较高的余热回收率,具有实际应用价值。
In order to recover high temperature exhaust waste heat from diesel engines,a heat exchanger for exhaust waste heat recovery based on the T6138 ZLCZu marine diesel engine is designed,and an exhaust waste heat recovery test rig is built.The effect of the heat exchanger water flow rate on the exhaust gas waste heat utilization rate and the heat exchanger exhaust gas outlet temperature is investigated.The results show that by controlling the water flow rate of the exhaust gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger under variable working conditions of the diesel engine,the water outlet temperature can reach the requirements of air conditioning and bath water temperature.While the maximum difference between the inlet and outlet water temperature of the heat exchanger is 72.9℃,the maximum heat recovery is 112.73 k W,and the average waste heat recovery rate can reach 67.65%.This exhaust waste heat recovery system is convenient to control the water flow rate and has a high waste heat recovery rate.The research results have practical application value.
