摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)护理模式在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月1日~6月30日收治的胃癌患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例;对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用ERAS护理模式。比较两组近期临床疗效。结果:观察组术后首次排气时间、开始进食时间、术后住院天数、疼痛程度、术后营养状态、炎症指标及并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:将ERAS护理模式应用于腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者中,可促进患者术后康复,减轻疼痛,改善营养状况,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation(ERAS)nursing model in the perioperative period of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted during January 1 to June 31,2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control groupeaxh with 40 cases.The control group was given the conventional ursing mode,while the observation group was given the ERAS nursing mode.The short-term clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The first exhaust time,time to start eating,hospitalization days after surgery,pain degree,postoperative nutritional status,inflammation index and complication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ERAS nursing model in patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can promote the recovery of patients after surgery,relieve pain,improve their nutritional status,reduce complications.
