摘要
单元式学生公寓是一种兼顾个人独立空间和公共活动空间的新型学生公寓形式,为探究这种新型学生公寓的夏季热舒适性,文章以中国西部科技创新港新建成启用的单元式研究生公寓为例,采用调查问卷、实地调研和夏季20天持续测量的方式进行建筑空间和热舒适性的研究。结果表明:五室一厅一卫的公寓形式符合现代青年人的学习和生活特点,综合满意度高;但在夏季,由于个体空间的紧凑性,开窗通风频次和空调的启停容易引起室内环境参数的波动,个体小空间需要更加精确的温度和风速调控模式。
The unit type student apartment is a new form of student apartment that takes into account the division of individual independent space and public space,in this paper,the unit-type apartment used in September 2019 at the Science and Technology Innovation Harbour in Western China is taking as an example,use questionnaires,field surveys,and 20-day continuous measurement to study the building space and thermal comfort in summer.The results show that the unit-type apartment conforms to the study and life characteristics of modern young people,with high comprehensive satisfaction;However,in summer,due to the compactness of individual space,the frequency of ventilation and the start and stop of air conditioning are easy to cause fluctuations in indoor environmental parameters.Individual small space needs more accurate temperature wind speed control mode.
