The New Round Student Assessment of Primary School in Vietnam:System,Characteristics and Enlightenments

摘要 为适应教育改革的深化与推进,越南于2020年启动新一轮小学生评价改革。该项改革基于发展性评价理念,锚定核心素养,聚焦增值与发展,采取量化评价与质性评价、结果评价与过程评价等方式,评价和实施主体多元平衡,权责明晰。结合当前我国基础教育评价改革不断推进的背景,得到3点启示:(1)打破理论与实践的壁垒,回归发展性评价理念,将宏观的理念具体化为可操作的实施方案;(2)跨越结果与过程的沟壑,改进评价方式并配备多样的评价工具,提高评价的实效性;(3)坚守多元主义立场,健全评价共同体,共同驱动建设主体多元、责任明晰、组织高效的评价体系。 Vietnam has initiated a new round reform of student assessment in primary school in 2020,resulting from the further promotion of the country’s education reform in the new era.Oriented towards improving students’core competencies,the renewed assessment provides a detailed description of the assessment system of primary school in Vietnam,including the objectives,requirements,content,type,methods,and reward mechanism.The characteristics of the renewed assessment system include:based on the developmental assessing concept,the assessing process anchors the core competencies and focuses on value added development of students;comprehensive manifold assessment methods are adopted such as quantitative assessment,qualitative assessment,outcome assessment and process assessment,equipping a wealth of assessment tools according to different assessment methods;the assessors and the executors are diverse and multi-party are balanced with clear rights and responsibilities.Considering the background of the current assessment reform in basic education in our country,we may get three enlightenments.Firstly,break down the barriers of theory and practice and return to the developmental assessment to formulate an operational assessment scheme.Secondly,fill the gap between results and processes and update the assessing methods with various assessing tools and cases to ensure effectiveness and operability.Finally,adhere to the diversity position to construct an assessment system with multiple evaluators and assessors,clear responsibilities,and high organizational efficiency.
