摘要
论文以河南省J县为例,通过文献研究、无结构访谈、问卷调查以及统计分析等方法对河南省J县的农村人力资源开发问题进行分析研究,论述了乡村振兴背景下农村人力资源开发的现状,归纳总结了乡村振兴背景下人力资源开发的特点,并对其中存在的问题进行了探讨,最后给出了加快河南省J县农村人力资源开发的相关政策建议,以期为我国农村人力资源开发提供有一定价值的参考。
The research takes J county in Henan province as an example, and analyzes the rural human resource development issues in J county, Henan province through literature research, unstructured interviews, questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis.Then, the paper discusses the development of rural human resources, and summarized the characteristics of human resource development under the background of rural revitalization.Finally, the paper gives relevant policy recommendations for accelerating the development of rural human resources in J county, Henan province, in order to provide a valuable reference for the development of rural human resources in my country.
