摘要
小儿便秘已经成为儿科临床的常见疾病,给患儿身心带来极大痛苦,通过分析小儿便秘成因,发现小儿便秘以实证热证居多,在经过长期便不解后才会导致便秘虚证的发生,因而临床治疗多以清脏腑积热,泄脏腑实火为主。导师刘芳教授根据多年临床行医经验,从湿热方面入手,清湿热,通肠腑,并采用先攻后补、攻补兼施的分阶段治疗方案,以达到根治小儿便秘的目的。
Pediatric constipation has become a common clinical disease in pediatrics,which brings great pain to children’s body and mind.By analyzing the causes of constipation in children,it is found that constipation is mostly caused by excess heat syndrome,which will lead to constipation deficiency syndrome after a long period of incomprehension.Therefore,the main clinical treatment is to clear heat accumulated in viscera and release excess fire in viscera.According to many years’ clinical practice experience,Professor Liu Fang started from damp-heat to clear damp-heat and dredge intestines and fu-organs,and adopted a phased treatment scheme of first attacking and then supplementing,and both attacking and supplementing,so as to achieve the goal of radically curing constipation in children.
