摘要
采用旋转喷涂法低温沉积制备主配方为Ni_(0.17)Zn_(0.52)Co_(y)Fe_(2.31−y)O_(4)(y=0~_(0.09))的铁氧体薄膜,研究了Co含量对NiZn铁氧体薄膜相结构、显微形貌和磁性能的影响。结果表明,随Co含量增加,晶粒发生团聚,(222)择优取向减弱,三角形形貌不明显,晶粒均匀性变差。由于Co离子加入引起薄膜各向异性增强,矫顽力Hc增大至3.03 kA/m,且饱和磁化场逐渐增大,饱和磁化强度Ms单调递减,磁导率μ′单调递减截止频率fr单调递增。当主配方为Ni_(0.17)Zn_(0.52)Co_(0.09)Fe_(2.22)O_(4)时,截止频率fr可达最大值1.0 GHz。
The ferrite film with the main formula Ni_(0.17)Zn_(0.52)Co_(y)Fe_(2.31−y)O_(4)(y=0 to_(0.09))was prepared by the spin spray deposition,and the influence of Co content on the phase structure,microscopic morphology and magnetic properties of the NiZn ferrite film was studied.The results show that the increase of Co content will cause the grains to agglomerate,the(222)preferred orientation will weaken,the triangle morphology will be weakened,and the uniformity of the grains will be worse.Due to the addition of Co ions,the anisotropy of the film increases,the coercivity Hc increases to 3.03 kA/m,and the saturation magnetization field gradually increases,the saturation magnetization Ms decreases monotonically,the permeabilityμ′decreases monotonously,and the cut-off frequency fr increases monotonically.When the main formula is Ni_(0.17)Zn_(0.52)Co_(0.09)Fe_(2.22)O_(4),the cut-off frequency fr can reach the maximum value of 1.5 GHz.
