摘要
目的 探究医学生宿舍氛围、核心自我评价和学业情绪的关系。方法 采用便利取样法在某高等院校抽取在校本科生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括学生基本情况、宿舍氛围、核心自我评价和学业情绪。计量资料组间比较用单因素方差分析或t检验,计数资料的表示用率或构成比,组间比较采用χ;检验,医学生核心自我评价总分、宿舍氛围总分与学业情绪总分的相关性采用Pearson相关分析。结果 被调查医学生的宿舍氛围平均得分(43±10)分,在性别、独生子女、宿舍居住人数、周围环境氛围、课余时间安排上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),毕业后学历、专业、年级、家庭经济状况上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);核心自我评价平均得分(27±6)分,在性别、独生子女、专业、家庭经济状况上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学历、年级、宿舍居住人数、周围环境氛围、课余时间安排上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);学业情绪平均得分(114±22)分,在性别、独生子女、家庭经济状况、宿舍居住人数上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),毕业后学历、专业、年级、周围环境氛围、课余时间安排上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);宿舍氛围总分和核心自我评价总分均与学业情绪呈正相关。结论 医学生宿舍氛围整体水平、核心自我评价整体水平、学业情绪整体水平均处于中上水平,良好的宿舍氛围和较高的核心自我评价水平有助于提高学生的学业情绪。
Objective To explore the relationship between dormitory atmosphere,core self-evaluation and academic mood of medical students. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among undergraduates. The survey content included students′ basic information,dormitory atmosphere,core self-evaluation and academic mood. One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)or t-test was used for inter-group comparison of measurement data. The count data was described by ratio or constituent ratio and Chi-square test was used for comparison between groups. Besides, Pearson correlation analysis was used for analyzing the correlation between core self-evaluation, dormitory atmosphere and academic mood of medical students. Results The average score of the dormitory atmosphere of the medical students was(43±10),and there were statistically significant differences in gender,only child,number of dormitory residents,surrounding environment and after-school time arrangement(P <0.05), while there were no statistically significant differences in education background,major,grade and family economic status(P<0.05). The average score of core self-evaluation was(27±6),and there were statistically significant differences in gender,only child,major and family economic status(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in education background, grade, number of dormitory residents, surrounding environment and extracurricular time arrangement(P<0.05). The average score of academic mood was(114±22),and there were statistically significant differences in gender,only child,family economic status and number of dormitory residents(P<0.05). There were no stati-stically significant differences in education background,major,grade,surrounding atmosphere and extracurricular time arrangement(P<0.05). The total scores of dormitory atmosphere and core self-evaluation were positively correlated with academic mood. Conclusion The overall level of dormitory atmosphere, core selfevaluation and academic mood of medical students are all above middle level. Good dormitory atmosphere and high core self-evaluation can help improve students′ academic mood.
