信号通路对代谢相关脂肪性肝病影响的研究进展

摘要 代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)发病率在全球范围内日益增长,是一种常见的肝脏疾病,其病理表现为脂肪在肝细胞中过度蓄积。信号通路参与调节各组织器官的代谢及生理过程,国内外许多文献研究表明,信号通路通过影响肝脏脂质代谢及炎性反应,参与MAFLD的发生、发展。该文对信号通路对MAFLD发生、发展的影响进行综述。 The incidence of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is increasing worldwide.MAFLD is a common liver disease.Its pathology is characterized by excessive accumulation of fat in hepatocytes.Signaling pathways are involved in regulating the metabolism and physiological processes of various tissues and organs.Many domestic and foreign literature studies have shown that the signaling pathways were involved in the occurrence and development of MAFLD by affecting the liver lipid metabolism and inflammatory response.This review summarizes the relevant literatures and points out that the signaling pathways are closely related to the occurrence and development of MAFLD.
