摘要
依托“三全育人”理念,探讨本科生导师制“三全育人”模式的设计、实施及效果。从导师团队的构建、全程跟进式育人及依托教学主阵地、学科竞赛、实践教学基地全方位育人三个方面进行阐述,并分析了本科生导师制的实施效果。
Relying on the concept of“three-wide education”,the paper discusses the design,implementation and effect analysis of the“three-wide education”mode of undergraduate tutorial system.It is expounded from three aspects:the construction of the mentor team,the whole-process follow-up education and the all-round education that relies on three aspects:the main teaching position,the discipline competition,and the practice teaching base.The implementation effect of the undergraduate tutorial system is analyzed.
