木霉菌与化学药剂交替使用对桑椹菌核病的防治效果试验 被引量:2

摘要 桑椹菌核病是果桑生产中的主要病害。为了确保果桑生产的安全、高产、优质,在田间条件下以树龄15年的果桑品种大10供试,将生防真菌木霉菌和甲基硫菌灵交替使用防治桑椹菌核病,调查防治效果及桑椹中的农药残留。木霉菌和甲基硫菌灵交替使用对桑椹菌核病的防效可达到99.49%,比单独使用木霉菌的防效提高24.56%;桑椹始熟期抽样检测木霉菌和甲基硫菌灵交替防治组的多菌灵残留为0.31 mg/kg,而常规化学药剂防治组的多菌灵残留为2.88 mg/kg,是前者的9倍。试验结果表明,采用木霉菌和甲基硫菌灵交替防治桑椹菌核病较单独使用木霉菌的防效明显提高,桑椹中多菌灵残留量也降至国家食品安全限量标准(多菌灵<0.5 mg/kg,GB2763-2016)以内,因此建议生产上可在果桑初花期用TENOV木霉菌300倍液、盛花期用70%甲基硫菌灵1000倍液、谢花期用TENOV木霉菌300倍液交替防治桑椹菌核病。 Mulberry sclerotinia is an important disease in fruit mulberry production.In order to provide technical support for the production of safe and high-yield mulberry food,the research used 15 years old trees of fruit mulberry variety Da 10 in the field conditions,alternating the usage of the Trichoderma and Thiophanate-methyl in order to control the mulberry sclerotinia disease,to investigate the control effect of mulberry sclerotinia disease and mulberry pesticide residue.The control effect of using Trichoderma and Methyl Thiobacillus to control the disease of mulberry sclerotia was 99.49%.It was increased by 24.56%,in comparison of using Trichoderma alone to control the mulberry sclerotia.Pesticide residues were sampled at the beginning of maturity,and the carbendazim pesticide residue is 0.31 mg/kg for the group of alternation with the usage of Trichoderma and Thiophanate-methyl.The conventional chemical agent for controlling the mulberry sclerotium carbendazim residue was 2.88 mg/kg,which was 9 times than that of the experimental group.Alternate the Trichoderma and Methyl Thiobacillus can improve the control effect on mulberry sclerotiniathe,and carbendazim residue reached the national food safety limit standard(carbendazim<0.5 mg/kg,GB2763-2016).It is recommended to use the 300 times solution of TENOV Trichoderma in the early flowering stage,the 70%Thiophanate-methyl 1,000 times in the abundant flowering stage,and the 300 times solution of the TENOV Trichoderma in the final flowering stage to control mulberry sclerotinia.
