摘要
【目的】解析不同大豆类群种质叶柄角和分枝角的遗传规律,为大豆遗传位点的挖掘及大豆理想株型的培育提供理论支撑。【方法】以401份来源广泛、基因型丰富的大豆种质所组成的关联群体为材料,对大豆叶柄角和分枝角表型性状进行评价。【结果】叶柄角和分枝角均存在显著变异,多个部位叶柄角和分枝角的峰度和偏度的绝对值均小于1,呈近似正态分布;叶柄角与分枝角间相关性不显著,相关系数绝对值接近于0;401份来自不同生态地区的大豆种质按分枝角大小划分为5个类群,各类群大部分种质在株型上一致。【结论】供试材料间的遗传变异丰富,可进行遗传位点挖掘,解析叶柄角和分枝角的遗传规律;分枝角可作为大豆株型分类的重要评价指标,为大豆株型评定及理想株型培育提供一定指导。
【Objective】The genetic rules of leafstalk angle and branch angle in germplasm of different soybean groups were analyzed to provide theoretical support for the mining of soybean genetic loci and cultivation of ideal plant type.【Method】The phenotypic traits of leafstalk angle and branch angle of soybean were analyzed by using 401 soybean germplasm with abundant genotypes and a wide range of sources.【Result】The leafstalk angle and branch angle are significantly various,at the same time,the absolute value of kurtosis and skewness of multiple parts in petiole angle and branch angle are less than 1,showing the approximately normal distribution.There was no significant correlation between leafstalk angle and branch angle,and the absolute value of correlation coefficient was close to zero.401 soybean germplasm from different ecological areas were divided into 5 groups,as most germplasm of each group were similar in plant type.【Conclusion】The genetic variation of the tested materials is abundant,so genetic loci can be mined to analyze the genetic rules of petiole angle and branching angle.The branch angle can be used as an important evaluation index for classification of soybean plant type and provide guidance for evaluation of soybean plant type and cultivation of ideal plant type.
