摘要 公共交通系统的评价可推进城市公共交通的发展,精确地对各项服务进行改进,提高市民的满意度和公共交通吸引力。构建以乘客满意度为指标的公共交通系统评价体系,首先对指标进行单因素分析,然后考虑各因素间的相互影响,采用多元有序Probit模型进行多因素分析,将二者进行对比验证隐性重要性的有效性。在IPA-Kano模型中显性重要性为满意度均值,隐性重要性通过多元有序Probit模型得出。显-隐性重要性结果运用IPA-Kano模型将9个相关因子分置在4个不同象限,对郑州市公共交通系统现况进行评价。以郑州市为例,验证评价方法的合理性,根据不同因素影响下相关因子所在象限图中位置,提供改进依据,更好地推进公共交通系统建设,满足市民出行需求。 The evaluation of public transport system can promote the development of urban public transport,accurately improve various services,and improve citizens’satisfaction and public transport attractions.This paper builds a public transport system evaluation system with passenger satisfaction as the index:first,to conduct single factor analysis on the index,then consider the interaction between various factors,conduct multi factor analysis with a multivariate ordered probit model,and compare the two to verify the effectiveness of implicit importance.In the IPA Kano model,the explicit importance is the mean value of satisfaction,and the implicit importance is obtained by multivariate ordered probit model.Explicit implicit importance results using IPA Kano model,divide 9 relevant factors into 4 different quadrants to evaluate the current situation of public transport system in Zhengzhou.Taking Zhengzhou as an example,the rationality of the evaluation method is verified.According to the position of relevant factors in the quadrant under the influence of different factors,the improvement basis is provided to better promote the construction of the public transport system and meet the travel needs of citizens.
