摘要 近年来虽然我国社会保障制度发展迅速,但社会保障专业人才在就业市场上却面临更加严峻的挑战。这种情况下,设计需求导向型专业人才动态培养方案是提高就业水平的有效途径。该文探讨了三个问题:一、构建培养目标、毕业要求与平台课程对应关系矩阵;二、绘制课程体系配置流程图与创新教学方法;三、设计需求导向型社会保障专业人才“五大平台”动态培养方案。 Although China’s social security system has developed rapidly in recent years,graduates who major in social security are facing more severe challenges in the job market.In this case,designing demandoriented talent training program is an effective way to improve employment level.Under the guidance of the demand-oriented concept,this paper discusses how to construct the matrix of the corresponding relationship between training objectives,graduation requirements and platform courses,draw the flow chart of course system configuration and innovate teaching methods,and design the"five platforms"dynamic training program for comprehensive talent cultivation.
