摘要 本文基于Meta分析评估日粮中补充适宜壳寡糖对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响。检索了2004~2021年间国内外公开发表的壳寡糖对肉鸡生长性能影响的相关研究文献,运用Stata13.1软件对肉仔鸡平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)及料重比(FCR)进行了分析。根据文献筛选标准共选择17篇文献,1369项随机对照结果被纳入研究。结果显示,与空白对照组相比,壳寡糖改善了肉仔鸡的ADG(WMD=1.11 g/d,P<0.01)、ADFI(WMD=0.07 g/d,P>0.05)和FCR(WMD=-0.98,P<0.01)。采用Egger法对纳入文献进行发表偏移的检验,剪补法进行了敏感性分析。综上,日粮中补充适宜剂量壳寡糖可以显著提高肉仔鸡的ADG和降低FCR,为在生产中壳寡糖的合理使用提供了参考依据。 The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of chitosan on growth performance of broilers by Meta-analysis.The papers of chitosan on growth performance of broiler were reviewed from 2004 to 2021.The average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)of broilers were analyzed by Stata13.1.17 articles and 1369 randomized controlled trials were included in the Meta-analysis according to the screening criteria.The results showed that chitosan improved ADG(WMD=1.11g/d,P<0.01),ADFI(WMD=0.07g/d,P>0.05)and reduced FCR(WMD=-0.98,P<0.01)of Broilers compared with the control group.Egger linear regression method was used to examine the publication bias and the sensitivity test was checked with the trim and fill method.In conclusion,supplementation with appropriate dosage chitosan in the diet can significantly increase ADG and decrease FCR in broilers,which provide a reference for the rational use of chitosan in production.
