摘要
脂肪因子在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)发病机制中的确切作用仍不完全清楚,多项研究分析了它们对这种妊娠期并发症的病理生理学的潜在影响。随着研究的不断深入,一些新型的脂肪因子逐渐被认知,其可通过参与胰岛素抵抗及炎性反应等直接或间接地与GDM密切相关。本文主要就新型脂肪因子(趋化素、网膜素、apelin、白脂素)在GDM的发生发展中所参与的相关分子机制及其与GDM发病的相关性进行综述,旨在对GDM的预防和诊断提供依据。
The exact role of adipokines in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) still remains not fully clear, and multiple studies have analyzed their potential contribution to the pathophysiology of this pregnancy complication. With the progress of study, some new adipokines are discovered increasingly. They can be directly or indirectly related to GDM by participating in insulin resistance and inflammatory response. In this passage, we reviewed the related molecular mechanisms of novel adipokines(chemerin, omentin, apelin, asprosin)in the occurrence and development of GDM, aim to provide evidence to the prevention and diagnose of GDM.
