摘要
目的实测张家港市各镇全员核酸检测的承压能力,提高对突发疫情的应对能力。方法于2021年8月3日至14日在张家港全市9个镇采取全域全员或指定时间段内选择部分区域完成指定人群数的方法开展扩大规模新冠肺炎核酸样本采集实战演练,总结演练过程中各环节存在的不足,提出相关建议。结果所有样本按10∶1混采方式进行采集,去除首尾小时后各镇的采集速度为94~138人次/h·采样单元,在指定时间内,6个镇很好地完成了采集任务,3个镇未完成采集任务。结论扩大规模新冠肺炎核酸样本采集实战演练可检验全员核酸检测预案的可行性,为改进工作方法提供依据,为其他地区开展全员核酸检测提供参考。
Objective To measure the pressure-bearing capacity of COVID-19 large-scale nucleic acid testing of all towns in Zhangjiagang City,and improve the ability to respond to emergencies.Methods Nine towns in Zhangjiagang City carried out an expanded-scale practical exercise of COVID-19 nucleic acid sample collection from August 3 to 14,2021 by adopting the method of all residents in region and selecting some areas within a specified time period to complete the specified number of people.Then summarized the shortcomings of each link during the drill and made suggestions.Results All COVID-19 nucleic acid samples were collected according to a 10∶1 mixed sampling method,after removing one hour after the start and one hour before the end of the drill,the collection speed of each town was 94~138 person-time/hour per sampling unit.In the specified time,6 towns completed the collection task well,while 3 towns did not.Conclusions Expanding the scale of COVID-19 nucleic acid sample collection actual combat drill can test the feasibility of the nucleic acid testing plan for all residents,provide basis for improving working methods,and provide reference for other regions.
