摘要
现阶段,机械模具精度直接关系到机械模具加工质量水平,要想提升机械模具精度,必须要重视零件精度与各部位精度的有效控制。从某种程度上讲,机械模具加工期间,精度影响因素非常多,要求相关负责人从加工各环节出发仔细排查,加强精细化管理,可以引入先进技术加强控制管理水平,在实现静态精度以及动态精度综合控制的基础上,增强机械模具加工的专业化水平。本文主要机械模具加工精度控制技术展开详细论述。
At this stage,the accuracy of mechanical molds is directly related to the quality of mechanical mold processing.In order to improve the accuracy of mechanical molds,it is necessary to pay attention to the effective control of the accuracy of parts and the accuracy of various parts.To some extent,during the machining of mechanical molds,there are many factors affecting accuracy.The relevant person in charge is required to start from all aspects of processings investigate one by one,strengthen fine management,and introduce advanced technology to strengthen the level of control and management.Based on the comprehensive control of static accuracy and dynamic accuracy,the professional level of mechanical mold processing is enhanced.In this paper,the main machining precision control technology of mechanical molds is discussed in detail.
