园林绿化工程管理工作的开展,需围绕施工现场管理及植物养护实施具体措施,保障管理目标的实现。现针对园林绿化施工管理问题,采取实例分析的方法展开具体的论述。概述了园林绿化项目管理特点,分析了园林绿化施工现场管理及植物养护实例,提出了园林绿化施工现场管理及植物养护策略。
The development of landscaping project management needs to implement specific measures around the construction site management and plant maintenance to ensure the realization of management objectives.Aiming at the problems of landscaping construction management,this paper adopts the method of example analysis to carry out specific discussion.It summarizes the characteristics of landscaping project management;The examples of landscaping construction site management and plant maintenance are analyzed;It puts forward the on-site management and plant maintenance strategy of landscaping construction.
