摘要
开展茶枝条屑、木屑不同复混配方的试验,研究茶枝屑的添加对香菇产量与子实体形态的影响,进一步对茶树木屑栽培香菇的安全性、营养性进行比较研究。结果表明,与常规木屑培养料相比,茶枝屑取代50%的木屑生产香菇,香菇产量较对照高26.73%,香菇子实体平均厚度减少4.04%,香菇子实体菌柄平均长度增加8.59%。香菇安全性较好,主要营养成分含量与对照接近。
The experiment were carried out on different mixing formulas of tea tree saweust and wood chips. The differences in the yield and fruit body morphology of Lentinus edodes with the addition of tea tree sawdust were studied, and the safety and nutrition of L. edodes cultivated with tea tree sawdust were compared further. The results showed that compared with the conventional sawdust culture, the yield of L. edodes produced with tea tree sawdust replacing 50% sawdust was 26.73% higher than that of the control, the thickness of fruit body decreased by 4.04%, and the length of fruit body stipe increased by 8.59%.L. edodes has good safety, and the content of main nutritional components are close to that of the control.
