石氏推揉手法治疗足底筋膜炎的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究石氏推揉手法治疗足底筋膜炎的临床效果。方法:选取新泰市人民医院2019年3-12月收治的足底筋膜炎患者80例。随机将其分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组采取石氏推揉手法治疗,对照组采取冲击波治疗。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、足底筋膜杨氏模量、足底筋膜厚度及治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的足底筋膜杨氏模量显著大于对照组,足底筋膜厚度显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对足底筋膜炎患者的治疗中,相较于冲击波治疗,石氏推揉手法能够显著缓解疼痛,应用弹性超声显示患者治疗后的足底筋膜杨氏模量、足底筋膜厚度显著改善。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shi’s pushing and kneading technique on plantar fasciitis.Method:Eighty patients with plantar fasciitis admitted to Xintai City People’s Hospital from March to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Shi’s pushing and kneading technique,and the control group was treated with shockwave.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Young’s modulus of plantar fascia and plantar fascia thickness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The VAS score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the Young’s modulus of the plantar fascia of the study group after treatment was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the thickness of the plantar fascia was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with plantar fasciitis,compared with shockwave therapy,Shi’s pushing and kneading technique can significantly relieve pain,and elastic ultrasound be used to show that the Young’s modulus and thickness of plantar fascia of patients are significantly improved after treatment.
