摘要
高速切削技术作为先进实用的制造技术,在航空航天、国防工业、电子和精密机械等领域得到了广泛的应用,并展现出强大的生命力和良好的市场应用前景。首先对高速切削技术的概念进行了介绍,阐述了高速切削技术的优点与应用,然后从高速切削机理、高速切削关键设备技术和高速切削工艺技术等3个方面对高速切削关键技术进行了研究,最后从加强高速切削机理的深入研究等6个方面对高速切削技术的发展进行了展望,以期为我国高速切削技术的发展提供参考性建议。
As an advanced and practical manufacturing technology,high-speed cutting technology has been widely used in aerospace,national defense industry,electronics and precision machinery and so on,and it showed strong vitality and good market application prospects.Firstly,the concept of high speed cutting technology was introduced,the advantages and applications of high-speed cutting technology were expounded,then it was studied that the key technologies of high-speed cutting from three aspects of high-speed cutting mechanism,high-speed cutting key equipment technology and high-speed cutting technology,finally we looked forward to the development of high-speed cutting technology from six aspects of in-depth research on strengthening high-speed cutting mechanism in order to provide reference suggestions for the development of high speed cutting technology in China.
