基于CANopen总线的风电监控系统设计

摘要 本文设计并实现了基于CANopen总线的风电监控系统。监控系统中的CANopen配置监控软件使用自定义协议通过串口实现了与主站通讯模块通信,将主从站的各种信息,如主从站配置,从站参数值等数据传递到通讯模块上。主站通讯模块通过标准的CANopen协议将上述信息传送到从站模块。监控软件可以实时请求并获取从站信息,井做出相应处理。实验结果表明,所涉及的数据通讯完全满足CANopen规范要求,配置软件能够配置和监控CANopen总线通讯状况,满足风电行业的应用。 The wind power monitoring system based on CANopen is designed and implemented in this paper.The monitoring software communicates with the master station by using a custom protocol via the serial communication module.Variety information of main station such as the master/slave configuration and parameter values will be transferred from the station to the communication module.The above information are sent to the slave module by the master communication module via standard CANopen protocol.Monitoring software can request and.obtain rea-time information from the slave station,then take appropriate action.The experimental results show that the data communication satisfies the specilication of CANopen,the configuration software can configure and monitor the communication status of CANopen bus.The system meets the application of wind power industry.
