摘要
分析调查我国食品卫生与营养学本科专业课程的现存问题,为课程设置和优化提供参考。通过文献检索与院校官网搜索,对国内12所大学和国外18所大学食品卫生与营养学专业本科课程设置、培养方向进行研究和对比分析。结果发现,国内外课程设置差别较大,国内专业兼顾营养与食品两个方向,核心课程门数和分布较为分散;国外大部分专业分为营养学或者食品两个方向,课程设置也较为分散,与本地职业教育有衔接。应尽快建立该专业的国内本科教育标准,明确专业定位和培养目标,指导调整和优化课程设置,提高专业的辨识度和人才的岗位胜任力,为“健康中国”建设提供人才支撑。
To analyze and investigate the existing problems of food hygiene and nutrition undergraduate curriculum in China and provide reference for curriculum setting and optimization,through literature search and university official website search,the data of undergraduate courses and training directions of food hygiene and nutrition major in 12 domestic universities and 18 foreign universities were studied and compared.Results show there is a big difference in curriculum setting both at home and abroad.This major has two directions in domestic universities:nutrition and food hygiene,and the number and distribution of core courses are relatively scattered.While in most foreign universities,the two directions of the major are nutrition or food,and the curriculum setting is also scattered,which is connected with local vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the domestic undergraduate education standard of this major as soon as possible,clarify the orientation and training objectives,guide the adjustment and optimization of the curriculum setting,and improve the identification of the major and the competence of talents,in order to provide talent support for the construction of“healthy China”.
