摘要
由于培养模式的特殊性,临床医学研究生的思想政治教育存在开展困难和效果不佳等问题,而新形势下对研究生思想政治教育提出了更高要求,加强和改进我国医学研究生的思想政治教育非常关键。结合昆明医科大学实际情况,阐述了临床医学研究生思想政治教育现状,并提出了加强临床医学研究生思想政治教育的培养方式,以期培养出德才兼备的医学人才。
Due to the particularity of the training model,with the development of modern medicine,there is a big gap in the ideological and political education of clinical medical postgraduates in medical colleges.There are some problems in the ideological and political education of clinical medical postgraduates,such as difficulty in carrying out the education and the poor effect.In the new situation,higher requirements are put forward for the ideological and political education of postgraduates,and it is very important to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of medical postgraduates.Combined with the actual situation of Kunming Medical University,this paper expounds the current situation of ideological and political education of clinical medical postgraduates,analyzes its reasons,and puts forward the cultivation methods and strategies of ideological and political education of clinical medical postgraduates,in order to cultivate medical talents and doctors with both ability and political integrity,and make contributions to the country and society.
