摘要
目的:比较针灸疗法与促排卵针在卵泡发育不良患者治疗中的作用及效果。方法:将60例卵泡发育不良患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组患者采用促排卵针治疗,治疗组采用针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜评分、排卵率、妊娠率。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者治疗总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗前两组间最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组排卵率75.0%、妊娠率30.0%,均高于对照组的50.0%、5.0%(P<0.05)。结论:与促排卵针相比,采用针灸疗法治疗卵泡发育不良效果更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To compare the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion and ovulation stimulating needle in the treatment of patients with follicular dysplasia.Methods:60 patients with follicular dysplasia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated with ovulation induction needle and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,maximum follicular diameter,endometrial score,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0%,higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the maximum follicular diameter and endometrial score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The ovulation rate of 75.0% and pregnancy rate of 30.0% in the treatment group were higher than 50.0% and 5.0% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ovulation stimulating needle,acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of follicular dysplasia,which is worthy of clinical application.
