摘要
O2O服务是一种新型的服务模式,一些高校图书馆根据自己的实际情况引入了O2O服务,并经过实践探索取得了一定的成效,其中西安电子科技大学图书馆是最早实现O2O服务的高校馆之一。文章以西安电子科技大学图书馆O2O服务平台3年的读者使用数据为基础,对各个功能模块的使用数据进行统计分析及实例对比,并针对高校实际情况提出了相应的意见建议及解决方案,以期为其他高校图书馆的创新发展提供参考。
O2O service is a new service mode.Some university libraries introduce O2O service according to their own actual situation,and have achieved certain results through practical exploration.Among them,Xidian University library is one of the earliest university libraries to realize O2O service.Based on the three-year user data of O2O service platform of Xidian University,this paper makes statistical analysis and comparison on the use data of each functional module,and puts forwards suggestions and solutions according to the actual situation of universities,so as to provide reference for the innovation and development of other university libraries.
