摘要
The Connectome Computation System(CCS)was previously reported in the Science Bulletin[1].Here,we describe a summary of the 6-year CCS updates(2015–2021),which are accessible at https://github.com/zuoxinian/CCS.These updates contain many utilities of mining developmental neuroimaging data.Specifically,H1 module covers the data cleaning and preprocessing and refines the implementations of face-masking,brain extraction, denoising, and frequency banding.
