摘要
目的:观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合高压氧舱对中、重度颅脑外伤患者睡眠障碍、焦虑、抑郁及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月沂源县人民医院收治的中、重度颅脑外伤患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,观察组在服用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片的同时,联合进行高压氧舱治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的改善情况,采用抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善情况,比较2组患者护理满意度及肢体功能恢复情况。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分优于对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,观察组肢体功能评分、护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合高压氧舱对中、重度颅脑外伤患者睡眠障碍、焦虑有良好的改善作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of flupentixol melitoxin combined with high pressure oxygen chamber on sleep disturbance,anxiety,depression and pain in patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods:A total of 60 patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral trauma admitted to Yiyuan County People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given flupentixol melitoxin tablets,while the observation group was given flupentixol melitoxin tablets,combined with high-pressure oxygen tank treatment.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of Sleep Quality between 2 groups before and after intervention,and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of Anxiety and depression between 2 groups before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction and limb function recovery of 2 groups were compared.Results:After intervention,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group;SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;limb function scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flupentixol melitoxin combined with high pressure oxygen chamber can improve sleep disorder and anxiety in patients with moderate and severe head trauma.
