污水处理厂改良A^(2)O工艺脱氮条件优化研究——以石家庄市某污水处理厂为例

摘要 为了适应日趋严格的污水排放标准对污水处理厂脱氮性能的新要求,在强化改良A^(2)O工艺脱氮效果的同时节省药剂投加成本,通过批次实验确定最佳污泥浓度范围和乙酸钠投加量,并进行为期35 d运行实践。实验结果表明当乙酸钠投加量一定时,随着生物池内污泥浓度的增加,NO_(3)^(-)-N及TN的浓度逐渐下降,脱氮性能提高,当污泥质量浓度高于4.91 g/L时,NO_(3)^(-)-N及TN浓度的下降趋势变缓;当污泥质量浓度为4.268 g/L,乙酸钠投加量在30~180 mg/L范围内增加时,随着C/N值逐步增加,反硝化脱氮性能显著增强。当乙酸钠投加量为120 mg/L时,对应C/N值为5.05,此时TN质量浓度低于15 mg/L,可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)表1中一级A标准。运行实践过程中控制污泥质量浓度为4~5 g/L,乙酸钠投加量为120 mg/L,每日出水均可达标排放;通过合理投加乙酸钠,每年可节省药剂成本300万元。研究成果能够有效提高污水处理厂脱氮效率,可获得明显的社会效益和经济效益,可为污水处理厂实际运行提供参考。 In order to meet the new requirements for denitrification performance in sewage treatment plants due to the increasingly stringent wastewater discharge standards,and to enhance the nitrogen removal effect of the improved A^(2)O process while reducing the consumption of chemicals,batch experiments were conducted to explore the optimal mixed liquor suspended solids range and sodium acetate dosage,and then the operation practice was conducted with 35 days.According to the results of batch experiments,when the dosage of sodium acetate is constant,the concentration of NO_(3)^(-)-N and TN decreases gradually and the denitrification performance improves with the increase of mixed liquor suspended solids.The decreasing trend of NO_(3)^(-)-N and TN concentration slows down when the sludge concentration is higher than 4.91 g/L.With the gradual increase of C/N,the denitrification performance is significantly enhanced when the sludge concentration is 4.268 g/L and the dosage of sodium acetate is increased from 30 to 180 mg/L.Furthermore,when the dosage of sodium acetate reaches 120 mg/L and the corresponding C/N is 5.05,the TN concentration is lower than 15 mg/L,which meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).In the operation practice,the mixed liquor suspended solids is 4~5 g/L,the sodium acetate dosage is 120 mg/L,and the daily effluent quality can meet the discharge standard.At the same time,by adding sodium acetate reasonably,the consumption of chemicals can be saved by 3 million yuan every year.The research results can effectively improve the nitrogen removal efficiency of sewage treatment plants,and obtain obvious social and economic benefits,which can provide guidance for the actual operation of sewage treatment plants.
