摘要
常用方法优化的康复仪在治疗过程中,电机位姿的工作轴线不精准,导致电信号覆盖不全面,肌群和关节的康复程度不明显。针对这一问题,设计基于PLC自动助力的产科护理康复仪优化方法。配置康复仪功能部件,定义评估、训练两种模式的PLC任务程序,设定四个功能阶段的治疗过程,利用设备零位待机功能模块,保证任何位置的振动电机回归零位,选取PLC任务的最优工作参数,对盆底进行电信号刺激和摩擦按摩,实现盆底康复。实验结果表明,设计方法相比两组常用方法,康复机训练盆底后,提高了盆底肌群的肌张力下降率、肌力上升率,增加了髋关节活动范围,肌群和关节的康复效果更加突出。
the commonly used method to optimize rehabilitation instrument in the process of treatment,the motor position working axis are not precise,lead to electrical signal coverage is not comprehensive,the degree of recovery of muscles and joints.In order to solve this problem,design based on PLC automatic power of obstetric care and rehabilitation instrument optimization method.The functional components of the rehabilitation instrument were configured to define the PLC task program of evaluation and training of two modes,and the treatment process of four functional stages was set.The zero-position standby function module of the device was used to ensure that the vibration motor at any position returned to zero.The optimal working parameters of the PLC task were selected to perform electrical signal stimulation and friction massage on the pelvic floor to realize pelvic floor rehabilitation.Compared to the experimental results show that the design method of commonly used method in both groups,rehabilitation training after pelvic floor,improves the pelvic floor muscles to rise,a decline rate,the strength of muscle tension increases the range of hip joint,muscle and joint recovery effect is more prominent.
