摘要 目的探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月我院诊治的102例儿童肺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用阿莫西林治疗,观察组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消退时间、临床症状评分、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的86.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、咽喉肿痛、扁桃体充血、咳嗽、肺部啰音消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、憋喘症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FEV1、FVC水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童肺炎具有良好的治疗效果,可有效改善临床症状及肺功能,且不良反应少,安全性高。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 102 children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom regression time,clinical symptom score,pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than 86.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fever,sore throat,tonsil congestion,cough and pulmonary rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cough,expectoration and asthma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cough,expectoration and asthma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of pneumonia in children has good therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and lung function,with less adverse reactions and high safety.
