摘要
针对当前煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价模型存在的一些缺陷,如误差大,主观性强,不可靠等,为了获得更优的煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价结果,提出了层次分析法和机器学习算法的煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价模型。首先分析煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价的研究进展,建立煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价指标,然后通过层次分析确定煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价指标的权重,最后采用机器学习算法建立煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价模型,并与其他模型进行了仿真对比测试,结果表明,本模型的煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价精度超过90%,远远高于对比模型,提高煤矿区绿化环境治理绩效评价的可信度,具有广泛的应用前景。
In view of some defects in the current performance evaluation model of coal mining area green environment governance,such as large error,strong subjectivity,unreliability,etc.,in order to obtain better results of coal mining area green environment governance performance evaluation,a performance evaluation model of coal mining area green environment governance is put forword based on AHP and machine learning algorithm.Firstly,the research progress of the performance evaluation of the green environment governance is analyzed in the coal mine area,the performance evaluation index of the green environment governance is established in the coal mine area,and then the weight of the performance evaluation index of the green environment governance in determined in the coal mine area through the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the machine learning algorithm is used to establish the performance evaluation model of the green environment governance in the coal mine area,and the simulation test is carried out with other models,The results show that the performance evaluation accuracy of this model is more than 90%,which is far higher than that of the comparison model.It can improve the credibility of the performance evaluation of the green environment in coal mining area,and has a wide application prospect.
